Certum Labs collects only what is needed to respond to inquiries, run sample intake, operate the client portal, and deliver results. Typical fields include name, email, company, accession details when you request COA verification, and message content you choose to send. Portal registration stays pending until the lab confirms the account.

Form submissions are processed through our email provider so we can reply. Hosting and security logs may include standard technical data such as IP address and user agent.

We also run first-party visitor analytics on this site to understand traffic and protect the lab from abuse. That system may record page path, page title, referrer, approximate visit sequence (breadcrumb), browser language, screen size, time zone, and marketing query parameters when present, together with IP address, user agent, and coarse location derived from the network (country / region / city when available from our host or CDN). Analytics cookies identify a browser and a short-lived session so page sequences can be stitched together. We do not sell this data or use it for third-party advertising.

We do not sell personal information. We may use processors such as hosting, object storage, and email delivery solely to operate the site, store operational logs, and communicate with you. Retain your own copies of certificates and correspondence for your records.
